The weather in Arizona finally dropped below 90, so I finally put myself back on my bike. Trying to make sure I get the right amount.
I guess lower down it does say 300 minutes is also good.

based off of their recommendations if you aren’t hitting 150 then you are

That's bare minimum for zone 2 cardio. Many say minimum 180 minutes of zone 2 plus one high intensity workout per week
