Those all seem to favor UCONN as much as BYU
1. Geography - UCONN (weird, but it seems that if they are going east with Cinci and WV, might as well go to UCONN.
2. Athletic Budget - UCONN ($71 Million) BYU (Between 60-70 Million, but somewhat unknown)
3. Brand - UCONN Basketball may be the big draw here.
4. Attendance - BYU wins
5. TV market - UCONN wins (if you ignore national following)
Of course, all of these can be argued, but if you don't want to go west or don't like Mormons, or don't want BYU for any host of valid or invalid reasons, these are all criteria you could claim UCONN prevails if balancing BYU v. UCONN.
