I thought there were four potential BCS payout outcomes but you seem to present 2. Could it be that the BCS payout is less than demonstrated in your post?

Possible Outcomes:
1. 2 Non-BCS teams qualify (like last year--which is unlikely to happen again)
2. 1 MWC team goes.
3. 1 Non-BCS, Non-MWC team goes.
4. No one goes.

If no one goes, does the MWC still get 380?
