You would think so,
but doubling up the foil and at that temp, makes them incredibly tender and requires very little time when you actually apply the ribs to the grill. The grill is more for the searing while applying the sauce. I have done them as short as six or seven minutes each side on a very hot grill due to a lack of time and they turn out great. You can only make them so tender or they'll fall apart before or during grilling.
