A buddy of mine who gets bad migraines gets the nerves ablated every six months
The headaches still happen but he doesn’t feel the pain and then it slowly comes back starting at about 4 months.
Not sure what something like that might cost in the states. We’re currently in Canada and I think the procedure is covered by the public healthcare.
