greatbam 1% better everyday
I think it's pretty safe in saying that headaches which migraines are a type of can be caused by a number of different..
things.

I don't work in a medical professional but if I'm sick with something I try and spend a fair amount of time trying to figure out what is causing me to be sick so as to decrease further occurrences or at least make such occurrences less painful.

I think for a lot of people headaches are caused at least partially from dehydration from some sort of stimulant use. Dehydration can obviously occur without stimulant use though.

There are also headaches caused by stress as well. Which I personally have experienced relief through deep breathing.

I'd start working through boxes to check different things.

Am I keeping my body well hydrated?
Have I tried to see if deep breathing will help?

Even though I've experienced pretty great relief before from deep breathing I can honestly say it isn't the first thing I think of.

There could be some sort of food allergy as well that you need to take into consideration.

Hope this helps!
