in the space of 4 whole minutes you asked for guidance about how to get the value of a piece of real estate without having to give anything in return (paying an appraiser, entering into a contract with an RE agent) to asking for an attorney to give you legal advice and an analysis of your case, again without having to pay.  

You already DO need an attorney because an attorney is the best one to give you the information that you are looking for as it relates to a non-compete. You want the attorney's help, you just don't want to pay for it. Just be honest about, and accept, your CB "board rating" as a "(Freeloader)".  😉
