I disagree on the religion connection when it comes to sports. I don't like

BYU fans who are only fans because of religion, and on the same side, I hate Utah fans who are only Utah fans because they hate Mormons.

I'm also one who separates school/sports. I don't care if the U has a great medical school/program, I want their sports to lose every single game.

I get much agree with your take on bandwagon fans. Their wagon can fall off a cliff for all I care
