Both seem like great guys. If LaComb had a real problem with Pope he should speak his peace to him and shut up about it in public, instead of the petty passive aggressive crap in public.
I don’t think Pope has ever aired dirty laundry like that publicly about him or anyone else I can remember, coach or player. Pope almost always seemed positive hardworking and motivating. So he wasn’t perfect, but generally a great coach and great person especially compared to many of the other pieces of work coaching college bball. IMO, this little habit of tearing down former coaches isn’t funny or cool and is just a bad look
