I say I'm happy to provide this service because there is an appropriate time for a service that keeps your things safe and dry in your absence. I can provide that. Am I happy to be taking money from people that I KNOW cannot afford the monthly fees? No, I'm not. I've talked people out of storage at my counter multiple times. But, if they insist, I'm convinced I offer the safest, driest, cleanest option they'll find in my market for the best price. I'd rather they leave their stuff here than at a competitor and have it stolen or ruined.
