Do you find that throwing a Rapala "wrecks" the hole or run? In a river that is somewhat crowded you often have to park
at your hole because you can't really move up or down. With fly fishing you can pick off many trout from a good hole. It seems with spin fishing and thus throwing streamers, you're only going to get one or two fish from a hole then things go quite, so it seems a bit less practical on crowded rivers. It seems like it's a better option on an uncrowded river where you can cover ground. Thoughts?

Side note: I still love bigger rivers that tend to have crowds because they can fish so well at times, but as the years go by I find myself leaning towards smaller streams or stillwater where you can find a bit more solitude
