Probably better to say who hires you out of MBA school is more regional but
Then after you put time with that first employer, it would be easy to relocate for a new job somewhere else
I would think the Pacific Northwest WA also would hire out of those 2 schools, but Oregon likely better investment unless OSU has a niche area or specialty like agriculture or whatever
