Just did it a couple of weeks ago. Not terrible but not fun
It was sort of tough to force swallow all that liquid and it didn't taste great (but wasn't as bad as I was expecting).
Plan on about 6 hours of going to the toilet a few times an hour. But it wasn't painful like when you have a stomach bug and your insides are just being wrung like a wet cloth.
And the procedure itself was fine. In and out in a couple of hours and was back to normal a few hours later. Overall not a great 24-ish hours but worth it. Clean bill of health and see ya in 10 years.
