hehehe, my first one was in China, I went to the hosptial and got to the front of the que using their VIP system, but
when I scheduled the procedure, they asked me "with or without anesthesia?", and I was like ummm, people do it without? and they said sometimes, but most people do it with.
Entire procedure, 528RMB ($75).
The second one I did 10 years later was in a specialty hosptial, I got in their on the table and the anesthesia guy started talking about my weight, and worrying about how to calculate it. I got up and walked out, if your knock-out doc isn't confident, don't go under is my rule.
I found a different doc and anesthesia guy, it was straightforward and painless. ($175)
