I was really nervous. It's not too bad. Used Suflave. Tasted like salty Gatorade

Wasn't too bad to drink until the final couple of ounces, and then you just have to swallow it. Pooping wasn't too bad either, honestly. You just ... poop. For me, lasted about 45 minutes each dose, and then I was done. Go in, sleep while they do it, walk out and eat breakfast.
