Again, I agree it was targeting. But by adding the "clarifier" of forcible it's automatically subjective. And, I dont
know if you can get away from that. Holding is subjective also. Anything that is subjective will be influenced by circumstances.

Nah. I believe it was targeting but you can absolutely get a concussion without head to head contact.
