GT got hosed on a non-targeting call versus UGA. The crazy thing is it wasn't
even given a look. At least the UT-ASU game they gave it a look. If it was given a look, they could see that the defender clearly put the crown of his helmet down.

Nah. I believe it was targeting but you can absolutely get a concussion without head to head contact.
