I agree with you that it’s subjective, but it’s such a major penalty for

Something so subjective and inconsistently applied. It’s crazy to me that the defenseless receiver was hit with helmet to helmet contact and they didn’t call it.

The only thing that maybe saves him is that he did actually wrap up. But I think the first contact was helmet to helmet.
