I tried Sous Vide Rib Eyes for the first time yesterday. It didn't turn out great. They looked the right color, but they
seemed a little dry and just didn't have great flavor. Here's what I did, please tell me if you see anything I could improve upon:

1) 5 Bone in Rib Eyes about 8oz each (one of my thoughts is they were cut too thin).
2) 2 hours of Sous Vide at 135 (I put all steaks in separate bags and all in at the same time).
3) Finished in cast iron pan in Grill at max temperature about 90 seconds per side.
4) Used avocado oil in pan. Could have used too much?

Any thoughts?
