I had the opportunity to spend a few minutes with him when they came to camp this fall and he told me that

this is the first year that he felt everyone was completely bought in to the culture. I knew at that point that this season would exceed expectations. It far surpassed the expectations I had and I am always way over the top in positivity toward a new season.
