His biggest strength is not X's and O's. His biggest strength is not recruiting. His biggest strength by far (told to me by many a current and previous players) is:
his ability to build and maintain the RIGHT CULTURE. He has intentionally developed a shared set of values, beliefs, and behaviors within BYU's football team. He has created a strong sense of unity, commitment, and accountability among his players, coaches, and staff, that goes beyond just winning games and focuses on the overall team identity and approach to the sport; it's about establishing a positive environment where everyone feels valued and strives towards common goals. (shout out AI and my words).
