I’m with eqd2 on this one. So rare. Most primary care docs will never see
something like this their entire career.
99.9% of the time a bulging, swollen eyelid is benign.

Was this doctor a Dermo or primary care? Dermos would be expert at spotting this stuff, as would opthalmologists
