Honda's trajectory has been in the wrong direction for a decade. They are living off of their 80s/90s reputation, right

now they are the middle-of-the-pack and the South Korean twins (Kia/Hyundai) have crushed them.

In fact, Nissan is more reliable lately.

But take "dependability studies" with a grain of salt, they weigh heavily infotainment issues, which is good for Toyota as they never update theirs. Lol.

I’ve owned one Nissan. 2002 Nissan Maxima. It was fast but tons of problems.

Agree, I’ll never get one. Seems that transmissions are far more likely to cause issues in any vehicle than an engine
