Last year, his junior year, his Dad acted like he was shocked that first Emerson's older brother and then Emerson became the starting QB's at the highschool.

He said that now days lots of young QB's are going to camps and getting personalized coaching and training.

He works for the church and isn't really in a position to pay for private coaching or national camps. His boys just threw a ton to each other and practiced at the park and backyard on their own.

I think this last summer after his Junior year was the first time Emerson attended any camps or began to be seen by anyone outside of Bountiful.

I'm sure this offer is beyond their wildest dreams just a couple of years ago.
