Didn’t have a highlight reel because he didn’t want to distract from his team! He is now at USU. Some kids focus on multiple sports and one pops - bball or fball. That was my son’s experience, where he started playing football his junior year and had a breakout game in the playoffs. Senior year he was still only lightly known but eventually earned a scholarship.

Recruiting is played better by some kids than others, and some are late bloomers or late to the sport.
