Paul Dunn was a bone head
Who brought massive amounts of shame to the church. He used his status as a GA to influence the shady business practices of his SIL. He was part of significant amounts of fraud.
Also, there’s the lying about his military service and pro baseball career.
My view is he should have been exed.
