Exactly. He brown noses those above him and treats those beneath him like crap. He might be good at his job but to me a
Strong indicator of someone's leadership ability is how they treat those they are in charge of. Anyone can be nice to those whose job they want or they want something from. A real leader makes everyone feel valued and respected. He does not.
