He strikes you as an odd blend of power & immaturity. That's of course no reflection on how good or effective an executive he might be, though. But I'm not surprised he & Pope butted heads. In some general ways they strike me as similar in personality (in ways that are off-putting) — & in other ways they are definitely NOT close in personality. Pope's clearly MUCH more of a people-person (like him or not).
