You usually don’t get credit for good behavior as a boss. It’s all downside. One of the things that makes leadership lonely.

Seems like the options are to delay it to 1/2/25 or keep your 12/20/24 launch. One is expensive for you with customers, the other is expensive for you with employees. Neither is free.

You have to weigh which account can better stand a withdrawal.

I tend to care most about the customer but I also care a lot about our employees. You have a tough decision to make.
