So the answer is you’re not unreasonable but you’re going to have to deal with upset people or offer more incentives tied to the job.
Or option 3 explain why this is important to their employment if it indeed could impact sales.
Only thing I doubt is why is it important over the holidays. I would t think many would act or care about upgrades right now. Jan 2nd is when they’d care. I could be all wrong
