The OP needs to get a hospital job (I’d look at the State Hospital in Provo if he’s in Utah County)
where he works 7-3. Stable, decent enough money, and offers benefits. Then he needs to take 1-2 classes per semester and grind out a degree.
Not easy, but it’s worth it.
