I wish it was just a warning and totally was a reminder that I screwed it up somewhere. Did I not get the renewal card? Did I not press the final submit? Really not sure what happened that changed since I've registered this car every year for 13 years before this (and other cars too).

Some places will waive the ticket if you show that it is now registered.

Usually a fix it ticket in Utah. Get the registration and send proof and ticket is waived
