level violation which most cities (even around here) are stopping because it's a waste of time. Also, to see if the officer shows up because what the heck is he doing pulling over people in other counties on minor stuff during rush hour?

If they charge back registration, I've already paid the fine, so that's where I feel it's a little double jeopardy and the stop was just a revenue grab, not actually making anything safer.

I've also never been to traffic court and feel like it would be an adventure and create some good stories anyway ;). But my time is worth more.

But yeah, I'll probably just pay it and move on.
