I'm following the suggested workout from Vinnie Tortorich, who was a celebrity
fitness trainer. He says the three most important upper body exercises are bench, shoulder press, and lat pulls, and the three most important lower body exercises are squat, leg press, and lunges. The other lifts I do are my own add-ons.
