I go to the gym three times a week.
Mondays and Fridays, I do 3X10 sets of the following:
Bench
Lat pulls
Shoulder press
Leg press
Lunges
Hamstring curls
Calf lifts
Abdominal crunches on Smith machine
(I don't do squats because I often hurt my back doing them.)
Plus 40 minutes of cardio, (15 minutes on stairclimber, 10 on elliptical, and 15 running on treadmill)
On Wednesday, I don't lift, but I do 45 minutes of cardio (15 on stairclimber, 15 on elliptical, and 15 running on treadmill).
I'm 61. Critiques? Suggestions?
