Sonos can be a bit expensive for Android users so not sure you’ll get a helpful response. Sorry.

Well, I have both, but I hate using the iPhone. Feels like it's for the old and/or dumb.

You don't need to run Truplay (so there is no need for an iPhone and Android works fine)
