All of your examples are from prior to the new lottery rules that discourage tanking. Don't even get me started on how
the NBA screwed the Jazz to gift Magic to the lakers either. Still a sore spot.
Detroit has "tanked" the hardest recently. Check their draft on how well it worked for them.

They've had good picks but they didn't tank to get them. Jalen Williams was the #12 pick. Holmgren was #2 but he's hurt
