The ONLY high draft pick that OKC has on their team is Holmgren. Lottery rules have been changed to discourage tanking
for a high pick. It's definitely not the way to build a team anymore.
How has Philly done by tanking? They had TWO back to back #1 overall picks ... Simmons and Fultz. That was before the new lottery rules too.

They've had good picks but they didn't tank to get them. Jalen Williams was the #12 pick. Holmgren was #2 but he's hurt
