The fact that big recruits don’t often pan out proves that coaches don’t “develop” talent but they sure do hope to
sign the talent and then hope that talent turns out which in many cases it just doesn’t.
If coaches really do “develop” talent then please explain the countless 5,4 and quality 3 star players who never get “developed” at programs across the country.
