I'd much rather be BYU right now than Utah as a program. So, no, I don't think we would have been a decade ahead.
A Pac12 invitation was never happening for BYU no matter who the coach was. Door to the Big12 also would not have magically opened with Kyle at the helm.
I'm very happy to be where we are right now, and would much rather have BYU's future rather than Utah's.
