I really think there was a viable path this year for the B12 to get 2 teams in.
We will never know obviously, but I think BYU going undefeated until the CCG would (even a strong possibility) have resulted in 2 B12 teams in the playoff. So, some day could have been in Year 1 of the revised playoff model.
