just fine and running that play, especially with that personnel grouping, is a high risk/reward play. I don't think there was any reason to take that risk because the team was moving the ball just fine. I think A-Rod outsmarted himself and took an unnecessary risk. If it works out, that is great and risks need to be taken, but I just think that was the wrong call at that time. We would likely get the TD anyway, so no need to run a risky trick play. If the drive was stalling and we desperately needed the TD, then sure make the call, but do it with better personnel to increase the chance of success and limit chance of a turnover.
