To me, looks like the receiver trips trying to change directions because
Ropati's throw was so terrible. Poor execution.
There was a potential defensive holding call on #8 before the ball was thrown - may be that gets called if Ropati's throw was directed towards the receiver instead of playing 500 with three of the Oklahoma State DBs.
