True for most people but if you know Jay at all you know he's hyper competitive
This guy has no chill...he's full speed go. Only saving grace would be if his wife talks him down and asks him to stay for a couple years. We'll see what happens. Jay absolutely wants to keep climbing the ranks...he can be successful anywhere
