Basically, my preference is almost exactly this order - based on which teams most drive viewership
Going into this season, here's which P5 teams scored the highest when it comes to drawing viewers (note that BYU, Cincy, UCF, Houston and SMU may be a bit low and likely to move up with P5 affiliation. Similarly, Oregon St and Washington St may drop a bit). The Big 12 teams and scheduled future opponents through 2031 are bolded.

On the one hand, I don't love that we're scheduling against a team like Boston College (#65) or SMU (#76)...but that's kind of the norm for all the teams we're adding.
Oregon St is #52, Cal is #64. Colorado St is #72.
I'd love to see us schedule a home and home against a top 50 V-score school.

Went to UMASS game at Patriot's stadium a few years ago. It was cold but a lot of fun. I'd go again.

As cold I've ever been at a game that was supposedly 40 degrees and no snow. I'd still go back. Easily.
