It's a good addition to the schedule
It's a winnable P4 non-conference game. Nearly every P4 team _can_ beat you and we have to schedule one.
There are a ton of Mormons in Boston. The 2006 game was well attended, and I expect New England and even New York area fans will show up for this.
Also, I think it's a good school to be in touch with. I got a kick out of the kid who was interviewed after the Florida State win who was asked "what are you doing to celebrate" and he said "well, we go to Boston College, so we have class tomorrow"

Went to UMASS game at Patriot's stadium a few years ago. It was cold but a lot of fun. I'd go again.
