If you just want a run of the mill job in Utah, Y would be better but U part time is fine. Y also has an exec MBA.

If you want to go work in a bigger firm (and the stress that comes with it - like what you face now), Y absolutely better and you should go to the best program you can get into.

That said, it probably doesn't make much difference given your time at Amazon unless you go to a top flight program.
