Men need to do manly things. They need to connect with other guys either through sports, hobbies or building things. I recommend joining a club or volunteer group that serves others or that does things like works on cars/guns.

I got involved in coaching youth football and I serve on one of the local football boards in the area. It gives me a sense of purpose outside of a boring job and helps me connect with other men and serves the young men in the area including my own boys.

I have learned so much about myself and how to do something I have always wanted to learn to do but never had a chance.

Trust me there are other men just like you and I that our dealing with similar things in life.
