frustrating when they complain about playing time when they are missing the majority of practices. He is a talented kid but I start a kid over him who is just as good and shows up to every single practice. I will prioritize playing those who show up to practice, I don't feel like its fair to those kid if they play less due to a kid who isn't at practice.
