there’s not much more frustrating than scheduling a surgery. My wife is having
surgery on her knee this morning. They wouldnt tell us what time the surgery was scheduled for until yesterday afternoon, so you have to create multiple contingency plans to make sure the kids are taken care of getting to/from school and that they won’t be left alone.

They let us know she was scheduled first thing and to be there at 6. The employees weren’t even there at 6, and the doors were locked. We got in a few minutes later, fill out paperwork and are told they expect to bring her back about 7:30.

Why on earth did you make us wait for weeks so you can get your schedule perfect the way you want it, only to ask us to show up an hour and a half before you’ll bring the first patient of the day back? Such a frustrating process.
